Five resumes free, no card.
LiveA resume as the agency received it, returned on their letterhead with every contact stripped, about 14 seconds, end to end.
Hours and fees your desk is already losing.
Every resume that goes out looking like ten different firms sent it hits your desk twice: hours your team spends reformatting, and a placement fee at risk the moment a phone number is still on the page. Run your own numbers.
That is 63 resumes a month, at five days a week. It sets the plan below.
Whatever the hour really costs you, loaded. We do not assume one.
Of first-year salary. Set it to what you actually charge.
$100,000 at 20%: the fee every contact is stripped to protect.
Every figure is built from the numbers you set. We do not assume an industry average, a benchmark or a rate; the only figure we supply is the price of the plan.
Your letterhead once. Every resume after.
Upload the blank sheet you already use. After that it is a resume in, the same resume back on your letterhead, in about fourteen seconds, and you never retype a line.
Upload your blank letterhead
The empty sheet you already use. It becomes your template, once, not every time.
Upload any resume
However it arrived: PDF, Word or plain text, with the name, phone and email still on it.
Download it on your letterhead
Every contact stripped, your house style throughout, an editable Word file to send your client.
The experience they left off their resume.
Paste the job description and every requirement in it is checked against what this candidate actually wrote. What is missing becomes the questions to ask them, drafted and ready to send, because most of the time it is not missing from the candidate. It is missing from the page.
A score you can defend line by line
Requirements evidenced, over requirements asked. Arithmetic, not an opinion about the person, so you can show your client exactly where every point came from.
What the posting asks for and the resume never shows
Named plainly, never softened. A tool that only reports matches is a tool you learn to scroll past.
The email to your candidate
Each gap becomes a question that asks what they have done, never one that tells them what to say. Copy it, send it, put the answers on the resume, run it again.

Frequently asked questions.
Does stripping the details actually stop a backdoor hire?
It removes the easy route. A client who can’t see a phone number has to come back to you to reach the candidate. It isn’t a contract and won’t stop someone determined (that is what your terms of business are for), but the number isn’t sitting on the submittal you just passed along.
There are tools at under a dollar a resume. Why this?
Several save you time on the formatting, and some do it well. What they hand back still carries the candidate’s phone number, and most hand you a template editor to wrestle with. This strips every identifier, puts every resume in one house style on your own letterhead, so a client reading your tenth submittal recognizes it as yours.
Can I edit it before it reaches my client?
Yes. It downloads as an editable Word document, not a locked PDF. Change anything before it leaves.
Candidate data is deleted after formatting. Never trained on, never shared with another agency, never sold. A data-processing agreement is available, and full deletion is yours or a candidate’s on request: the whole policy in full.
